The machine is designed for maintenance of pole lines, heat pipe lines, repair, construction and other operations at the height up to 10 m. The carrier vehicle МТЗ -80 provides high mobility and passing ability of the lifting loaders. The bulldozer blade acts as front support, besides it can be used for low-capacity earthmoving operations. If used with tractor trailer with ОПТ -9195 it can be used for handling operations.

The lifting loader consists of:

turning column with telescope boom with hook and quick-release craddle;
auxiliary frame with hydraulic telescope outriggers and bulldozer blade
4 control systems assure operation safety.
